HOLPOSON® Swell-Up
Swell-Up 是属于高分子复合纤维溶胀裂离技术范畴,既称为PA6纤维的高密度化技术,经过处理后纤维内部的空间体积得到很大程度的膨胀,此技术大幅提升了面料内部空间体积及面料的独特性能,如空间比表面积增大,溶胀裂离后化学吸附性能增强,物理吸附性等方面均得到大幅改善。为某些特种行业提供原材料与技术方案。
复合丝超高密度化的原理:利用聚酯纤维和聚酰胺6纤维不同的条件下溶胀胀长差使两个组分分离,达到产生超细的纤度。聚酰胺6在ph5.0~6.0之间溶胀大,而涤纶在酸性范围内不变,进而利用同一条件下溶胀率而不同,溶胀裂离利用化学反应使聚酰胺6产生较大的溶胀率同时发生纤维卷曲继而达到涤纶、锦纶二者组分界面分离

二、使用方法
1.溢流机工艺为例
工作液升温到70℃后加入Swell-Up 70-80g/L,102-105℃保温30-50min.
2.稀释方法
先取规定量Swell-Up 使用三倍的水,在60~70度时逐渐加入Swell-Up,后调整至所需,搅拌均匀,形成超细乳液,再加入缸内。
3.溶胀纤维工艺
工艺处方 Swell-Up 70-80g/L
工艺条件 102-105℃*30~50分钟
4.工艺流程
涤锦复合丝溶胀裂离全过程工艺流程:入布→去油→碱碱量→中和水洗→溶胀→异味去除处理→热水洗→脱水→拉幅定型→光胚

注意事项
1.特别提示:本产品不能超过05度使用,否则会引起尼龙纤维强力急剧下降。
2.溶胀裂离必须在碱碱量后进行,且织物必须中和为中性。
3.避免阳光直射,室内通风处

HOLPOSON® Swell-Up
HOLPOSON® Swell-Up falls in the category ofswelling and splitting technology of macromolecular composite fiber, which isalso called densifying technology of PA6 fiber. After treatment, the internalspace of the fiber is expanded to a large extent. This technology greatlyimproves the internal space of the fabric and the unique performance of thefabric. The increase of the specific surface area, the enhancement of the chemicaladsorption performance after swelling and splitting, and the physicaladsorption capability have all been greatly improved. For some specialindustries provides raw materials and technical solutions.
The working principle of ultra-high densificationof composite fiber: Taking the advantage of the difference between the swellinglengths of polyester fiber and polyamide 6 fiber under different conditions tosplit the two components to produce ultra-thin size. The swelling rate ofpolyamide 6 is high in the range of pH 5.0-6.0, while the swelling rate ofpolyester remains unchanged in acidic conditions. With this advantage, thepolyamide after chemical reaction swells extensively and crimps, thusseparating itself from polyester.

Safety: Non-irritant to skin. If the dilutedsolution gets on the skin or splashes into the eyes, wash it with clean waterimmediately.
Usage:
1. Overflow machine process as an example
After the working solution reaches 70℃, addSwell-Up 70-80g/L. Keep the temperature at 102-105 ℃ for 30-50min.
2. Dilution method
Take the specified amount of Swell-Up, take threetimes the amount of water, gradually add in Swell-Up at 60-70℃, then adjust tothe desired volume, stir evenly to form super fine emulsion, finally add it inthe dye vat.
3. Swelling fiber process
Process recipe: Swell-Up 70-80g/L
Process conditions: 102-105 ℃ * 30-50 minutes
4. Process flow
The whole process of swelling and splitting ofpolyester / nylon composite fiber: cloth feeding → degreasing → alkali content→ neutralization and water washing →
Swelling → odor removal treatment → hot waterwashing → dehydration → stenting and setting →final product
Characteristics:
1. This product adopts a special swellingtechnology;
2. Improve the internal space structure and PA6’smacromolecular structure. Increases the amorphous area of crystallization area;
3. It can effectively swell and split the knittedfabric, woven fabric and other fabrics mainly composed of tangerine sectionshaped T/C fibers.
4. After swelling and splitting, the fabric greatlyincreases in specific surface area; after treatment, the physical adsorption,chemical adsorption and optical properties are greatly improved:

Storage:
