亲水易去污整理剂

HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T 亲水易去污整理剂 HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T 是经过特殊改性聚酯类亲水易去污整理剂，能够赋予加工织物良好的亲水，抗静电，吸湿速干，蓬润性等性能，且耐洗性达50次以上(JIS L0217. 103法，连续洗涤法)经过易去污整理后的纺织品面料，在一定程度上可以清水擦除所沾污渍，如:酱油，番茄酱，玉米油，圆珠笔油污等。满足家庭主妇对浅色衣物易打理易清洁的要求。使难去除、易残留的脏污，可以去除干净，达到污所不落，节能去污。HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T 适用于天然纤维、合成纤维及其混纺织物，目前易去污整理可用于开发浅色系列的童装面料，羽绒服面料，沙发面料，工装，职业装，衬衫，白T恤等等。

二、使用方法
1.浸渍工艺:
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T 2- 6%(对织物重)
温度30~40℃
时间: 15 -20min
2.浸轧处理:
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T 30-60g/L
轧液率 70%
浸轧-烘于(110℃x1 ~3分钟)定形(150 -170℃1~2分钟)
注意事项
1.本产品适用于浅色羽绒服面科易去污整理。赋子面料优异的易去污性能
2.处理面料后可能会产生助剂泳移印渍.采用清水清洗一遍即可消除
3.请事前通过试脸确认HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T 对各种牢度的影响。
4.本产品使用后可能会使涤纶面料染料脱落少许,属于正常助剂竞染现象
5.本品对织物色光影响较小。
6.冬天温度变冷粘度适当增加，不影响使用
贮 存
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T 包装: 60KG, 100KG，120KG 塑料桶。贮存期为12个月。
室内存放;避免高温、严寒。

Finishing Agent
HOLPOSON® SmartClean-T
Smart Clean-T is a specially modified polyesterhydrophilic and soil release finishing agent, which can give the processedfabric good hydrophilic, antistatic, moisture absorption and quick dryingproperties, with a wash durability of more than 50 times (JIS L0217). Aftereasy decontamination, the textile fabric can be cleaned with water, to someextent, from soy sauce, tomato sauce, corn oil, ball point pen oil, etc. Itmeets the housewives’ requirements for easy care and cleaning of light coloredclothes. Stains that are difficult to remove and easy to stay can be removed,achieving zero pollution, energy-saving and efficient decontamination.
Smart Clean-T is applicable to natural fiber,synthetic fiber and their blended fabrics. At present, easy soil releasefinishing can be used to develop light color series of materials for children'sclothing, down coats, sofa, working clothes, business wear, shirts, whiteT-shirts, etc.

Usage:
1. Impregnation process:
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T 2-6% (o.w.f.)
Temperature: 30-40 ℃
Time: 15-20min
2. Padding process:
HOLPOSON ®Smart Clean-T: 30- 60g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Padding - baking at (110 ℃ x 1-3 minutes) - heatsetting (150-170 ℃ for 1-2 minutes)
Attentions:
This product is suitable for finishing of lightcolored down coats to give materials excellent soil release performance.
2. After the fabric is treated, there may bemigration stains of finishing agent on surface, which can be eliminated bywashing with clean water once.
3. Please confirm the influence of Smart Clean-T onvarious color fastnesses through test in advance.
4. This product may cause a little dye shedding onpolyester fabric after use, which is a normal phenomenon of competition betweenauxiliaries.
5. This product has little influence on fabriccolor.
6. In winter, the viscosity increases in lowtemperature, which does not affect the usage.
Storage:
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean-T packaging: 60Kg/100Kg/120Kgplastic bucket. Storage period: 12 months. Store indoors and avoid overheat andsevere cold.
