亲水易去污整理剂
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean 是经过特殊改性聚酯类亲水易去污整理剂，能够赋予加工织物良好的亲水，抗静电，吸湿速干，蓬松等性能，且耐洗性达50次以上（JIS L0217.103法，连续洗涤法）经过易去污整理后的纺织面料，在一定程度上可以清水擦除所沾污渍，如黄油、番茄酱、玉米油，圆珠笔油渍等。满足家庭主妇对浅色衣物易打理易清洁的要求，使难去除的，易残留的脏污，可以去除干净，达到污所不落，节能去污，本产品适用于天然纤维素纤维及其混纺织物，目前可做用于浅色系列的童装面料、羽绒服面料、沙发面料、工装、职业装、白T恤等.

二、使用方法
1. 浸渍工艺：
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean 2 ～ 6 ％（对织物重）
温 度 30 ～ 40 ℃
时 间 15 ～ 20min
2.浸轧处理：
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean 30～ 60 g/L30～ 60 g/L
轧液率 70％
浸轧 → 烘干(110℃×1～3 分钟) → 定形(150-170℃×1～2 分钟)
注意事项
1.本产品适用于浅色羽绒服面料易去污整理，赋予面料优异的易去污性能。
2.处理后面料可能会产生助剂泳移印渍，采用清水清洗一边即可消除。
3.请事先通过实验确认助剂是否会对色牢度产生影响.
4.本产品对织物色光影响较小。
6.冬天温度变冷粘度适当增加，不影响使用。

HOLPOSON®Smart Clean
Smart Clean is a specially modified polyester-typefinishing agent, which can give treated textiles good hydrophilic, antistatic,moisture absorbing, quick drying, fluffy and other properties. It’s washdurable for more than 50 times (As per JIS L0217.103, continuous washingmethod). After being finished with Smart Clean, stains on textiles such asbutter, tomato sauce, corn oil, ball pen oil, etc. can, to some extent, bewashed with clean water. It can meet housewives’ requirements of easy care andeasy cleaning of light colored clothes, removing stains that are difficult tobe removed or easy to remain, and achieving zero staining and high efficiencycleaning. This product is suitable for natural cellulosic fiber and its blendedfabric. Currently, it can be used for light colored materials of children'swear, down coat, sofa, work clothes, business wear, white T-shirt, etc.

Usage:
1. Impregnation process:
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean: 2-6% (against fabric weight)
Temperature: 30-40 ℃
Duration: 15-20min
2. Padding process:
HOLPOSON® Smart Clean: 30～ 60 g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Padding → drying (110 ℃× 1-3 minutes) → heat setting(150-170 ℃× 1-2 minutes)
Attentions:
1. This product is suitable for finishing light colordown coat materials, which endows materials with excellent decontaminationperformance.
2. After treatment, textiles may have finishing agentmigraition stains, which can be eliminated by washing once with clean water.
3. Please confirm through experiments in advancewhether the auxiliary will affect color fastness.
4. This product has little influence on textile color.
6. Viscosity increases in low temperature in winter,which does not affect usage.
