FRAGOLTHERM® X-160-A is a heat transfer fluid based on polydimethylsiloxane that is used in baths for a temperature range of 0 °C to 180 °C and in other open systems with contact with the atmosphere at temperatures up to 230 °C. The product can even be used up to 280 °C in closed systems under the exclusion of oxygen. The maximum permissible film temperature is 290 °C.
