Alseal 190P涂层

　　大多数金属和比常规酚醛树脂更高的柔韧性。Alseal 190P is a high temperature water-based urethane modified phenolic / epoxy coating composition

　　containing PTFE. This coating has good slip and release properties at constant temperatures up to 400°F with

　　intermittent peak temperatures of 600°F complemented by a near-zero VOC. Exhibits excellent adhesion to

　　most metals and improved flexibility over conventional phenolics.

　　Surface Preparation

　　New metal surfaces should be cleaned of oil, grease and dirt. The surface should then be prepared by blasting,

　　chemical treatment, or both depending on specific specifications and a proper Alseal basecoat applied.

　　Application

　　Alseal 190P should be applied using standard paint spray equipment. The coating may be thinned up to 10%

　　with water if necessary to help spray atomiziation. The air atomizing pressure should be approximately 30-40

　　PSI. A uniform wet coat should be applied to obtain the recommended dry film thickness. A mist or tack coat

　　applied first sometimes helps obtain desired results.

　　Curing

　　Allow to air dry to touch. The coating should then be cured at 175F for 15 minutes followed by 400F for 30

　　minutes.
