用途
检孔机主要用于PCB钻孔板及成品板的钻孔品质检查和分析。可对PCB钻孔板及成品板少孔(漏钻、塞孔)、多孔、孔内毛刺、孔大、孔小、“一”字型槽孔的长、宽、角度以及其它不规则异型孔形状等缺陷进行自动检测，并自动判定NG/OK进行分类的设备。
特征
1、:采用高精度CIS扫描系统、以及自动定位、图像处理和检测分析等技术;
2、高效:配备多通道分检装置、小板件时支持多通道同时检测、标机可同时检测两块板、可定制3, 6通道同时检测;

温度:20℃~40℃;湿度:40%-70%;环境中不含酸碱气体;生产板要求:干燥，不含酸性/碱性液体(防止设备被腐蚀);设备需互联网连接以便远程诊断。待测板要求:待测板翘曲度不允许超过IPC对角线0.75%、需高压水洗并烘干后，如板面不清洁会影响检测结果。temperature: 20℃ to 40℃;Humidity:40-70%;下here is no acid base gas in the environment. Production board requirements: dry, no acid/alkaline liquid (to prevent equipment corrosio);The device requires an Internet connection for remote diagnosis. Requirements for the board to be tested:the warping degree of the board to be tested shall not exceed 0.75% of the IPC diagonal line. After being washed with high pressure and dried, the test results will be affected if the board surface is not clean.
