　　产品概要：

　　本机是机电一体化的设备，操作方便、维修简单、运行可靠。采用全中文界面触摸屏，PLC微机控制系统，有记数、工作参数设定、显示等功能，在参数范围内可任意调整。本机装有出瓶定量控制检测及过载保护装置。噪音小于<70dB。本机机架及料桶均采用304不锈钢材料制成，便于清洗和消毒，整体无死角。符合GMP要求。利用自动反瓶机构，并配有集瓶装置，大大提高了生产效率，本机配有2只无级调速电机，1只用于调节理瓶花盘的转动速度，也就是说转盘速度越快，那么理瓶出瓶的速度也就越快，反之越慢。并在此机的出口处配有一个欧姆龙的光电开关，检测后面的输送带上是否有堵瓶现象，如出现堵瓶，则理瓶盘的电机自动停机，如检测到缺瓶，则自动开机、送瓶。
