　　适合粘度较大，流动性较差的膏体物料的计量灌装。采用气动灌装，料斗和料缸、出料管道均用电加热，料斗配有一框式搅拌系统。清洗、操作方便，符合GMP标准。

　　1、本机配圆柱形料箱，夹层电加温，有划桨搅拌装置，可对膏液体物料加热、搅拌、温控等功能，可以让需要加热、搅拌、恒温的物料在规定的范围内灌装，达到预定的效果 ；

　　2、本机灌装采用压缩空气控制，双头双线，光标定位刹车形式，速度比挡瓶形式明显提高；

　　3、气动部分采用台湾AirTac的气动元件；
