产品介绍 Introduction

　　智能装车机器人是一种集挖掘、破碎、装载于一体的高效智能生产设备，主要用于矿山斜巷平巷、铁路隧 道施工和***洞窟等施工中的采掘、装载与抢险作业。

　　机器人靠履带推进及铲斗采掘扒取矿石送入自身皮带输送机，并从输送机尾部将矿石卸入矿车或其他运载设备。同时可利用挖掘臂铲斗扒取远处的岩石，也可以用铲斗来清理工作面，实现全断面***工作界面，***的提高了采掘及装载效率，并降低了作业人员的劳动强度，具有结构紧凑﹑机动灵活等特点，可在狭窄、潮湿、危险 的巷道里工作。

　　机器人采用全操作工作模式，可以实现***作业人员远离采掘工作面，作业更安全，大大降低 了工作危害性。

　　智能作业 整机操控实现全自动化，无线安全操作，有效避免或降低近距离作业时恶劣工况对人身的伤害。

　　同时具有和手动应急操作功能 电控箱有和本机控制两种模式，正常生产作业时采用模式。作业人员实现远距离(≤30米)操作 器进行生产作业，作业人员在模式下操作扩展了其现场作业的视野范围，提高了其现场操作的灵活性，有效 提升了现场的安全系数。

　　破岩能力强 依靠钢制履带行走，推力大，动力强劲，挖取方位广，全断面装岩，不留死角，无需人工辅助清理工作面。岩石 的普氏硬度f小于等于12，块度小于等于400mm，松散密度不大于1.8t/m3 。
