1.过滤器

MCJC型除尘器采用各种材质的过滤器，实现高效、高精度的过滤。

采用筒式过滤器，在节省除尘器空间的同时，增加了过滤面积；过滤器安装固定在卡板上，便于拆卸和更换过滤器。

我们提供各种过滤材料的过滤器，可以在各种工作条件下处理不同类型的灰尘。

a） 标准过滤器，采用标准过滤材料，可对应一般干燥粉尘；

b） 阻燃过滤器，采用耐高温、阻燃的过滤材料，过滤器在一定的高温下不易燃烧，不易产生火花。

c） 防水过滤器，采用特殊的防水过滤材料，能有效过滤少量水分的灰尘；

d） 防静电过滤器，采用导电过滤材料，能及时有效传导灰尘携带的静电，防止静电积聚引爆灰尘；

e） 超细膜过滤器，又称聚四氟乙烯热膜过滤材料，可过滤0.3微米的灰尘颗粒，大大提高过滤精度；

f） 覆膜防静电过滤器，采用导电涂层+PTFE热膜双重性能的过滤材料，既能去除静电，又能高精度过滤，适用于碳粉等特殊粉尘。

2、涡扇

It adopts cartridge filter to increase the filter area while saving the space of the dust collector; the filter is installed and fixed on the card board, which is convenient to disassemble and replace the filter.
We provide filters with a variety of filter materials, which can deal with different types of dust under a variety of working conditions.
a) Standard filter, using standard filter material, can correspond to general dry dust;
b) Flame-retardant filter, using high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant filter material, the filter is not easy to burn at a certain high temperature and sparks.
