　　设备用途：适用于铅锑、铅钙合金板栅涂填粘性或砂性铅膏及表面干燥

　　设备构成：自动上板装置、涂板主机、淋酸压板装置、表面干燥机、控制系统。

　　Application:It is used to paste the viscous or sandy past to the Pb-Sb and Pb-Ca grids and dry the grids.

　　Composition:Auto plate feeding device, pasting machine, drenching and pressing devices, facial drier and control panel.

　　性能、特点：

　　○涂板机板栅采用机械自动送给，设有手动板栅宽度调整机构。设有无板栅或重叠板栅状态时自动断开装置。

　　○涂膏斗有独立的调速马达，膏斗出口处采用反向运动钢辊，控制涂膏量。

　　○膏斗设有可倾离开机构，便于操作者清理和排除涂板故障。

　　○采用水平带式连续涂填铅膏运动；传动机构采用无级调速；气缸调整传送带涨紧力，维修换带方便。

　　○设有可调整压力的橡胶辊筒，完成涂板后的压板和表面压酸要求。

　　○板栅间多余的铅膏，有专门回收装置。

　　○设备启、停控制按扭在机台上板处安装，并按防酸、水技术标准配置。

　　Performance & Features

　　○ The pasting machine is supplied with auto-feeding device, the pasting width can be adjusted by hand, the machine can be stopped if there is no grid or overlapping.

　　○ There is a independent motor for the past hopper, the supply rollers is run in opposite direction to accurately control the past weight.

　　○ The hopper can be left in tilt to facilitate the operator to observe and maintain fault.

　　○ The machine uses the continuous pasting belt with transmission and tension system, it is easy to maintain and exchange.

　　○ The pressure of rubber roller is adjustable to press the plates with acid.

　　○ The past on the conveyor belt is removed and stored by special facilities..
