接触器VSC电源模块1YHB00000002582,高压电源板卡,原装全新 。
VSC真空接触器是适用于交流配电系统的电气开关设备,尤其是适合于频繁操作场合的理想电器。
接触器的基本组成;
■安装在树脂整体浇注框架中真空灭弧室
■双稳态永磁驱动机构
■宽电压供电模块
■辅助开关
■分合闸状态指示器
除了具有固定式接触器所有的组件外,带熔断器支座的固定式接 触器及可抽出式接触器还具有:
■应客户要求可选配的DIN或BS熔断器的支座
■与每相熔断器相关联的自动脱扣装置
■手车底盘(仅适用于可抽出式)
■播进摇出时防止接触器合闸的联锁装置(仅适用于可抽出式)
凭着在中压断路器中使用“MABS” 永磁驱动取得的成功经验,开发出了性能更优异的中压接触器用双稳态“MAC”型永磁操动机构。永磁操动机构通过宽电压电源模块供电,共有由三种电压范围.可选,可满足目前主要国际标准要求的所有电压等级。
永磁操动机构非常适应此类型的开关设备的原因在于它具有更动作特性曲线。
永磁操动机构为双稳态系统,配置独立的分合闸线圈。两个线圈可单独励磁,可分别驱动移动电枢完成分、合闸操作。
实心的驱动轴与可移动电枢相连,被保持在由两个永磁铁形成的区域中(图A)。
与永磁体铁心在合闸位置(图A)产生的磁场相反的线圈励磁,产生磁场(图B),吸引并将电枢移动到相反位置(图C)。
每一次分合闸操作线圈都会产生一个磁场与永磁铁产生的磁场相对应,这样有利于在工作状态时始终保持足够的磁场强度,与操作的次数无关。
为机构操作提供的能量并不直接来自辅助电源,而是通过储能的电容器来提供。这样就能保证每次操作时的速度和时间保持恒定不变,而不会受到电源电压波动的影响。辅助电源的目的只是为给电容器充电,从而使得运行中消耗的功率最小。维持电容器充电电压消耗的功率小于5W。在一次操作后,使电容器中的能量恢复到额定值需要几十毫秒,消耗15 W的启动功率。因此,无论操作方式选择DCO或SCO都需要保持功率5 W(在每次动作后几毫秒内功率值可达到15 W)的辅助电源回路来为电容器充电。精心选择的电子元器件,独具匠心的控制模块回路设计,使得.综合电源输出有着很高的稳定性和可靠性,不受周围环境和临近的元件产生的电磁干扰影响。由于具备以上特点,使得VSC真空接触器顺利通过电磁兼容性测试(EMC)并获得CE标志。
