　　(档板式)蒸汽汽水分离器用于分离蒸汽、压缩空气及其它气体系统中内含的液滴，大量含水的蒸汽进入汽水分离器，并在其中以离心向下倾斜式运动。夹带的水份由于速度的降低而被分离出来。被分离出来的液体流入下部经疏水阀排出体外，干燥清洁的蒸汽从分离器出口排出RETZThe baffle steam water separator is used to separate the liquid dropletscontained in the steam, compressed air and other gas systems. A large amount ofwater containing steam enters the steam water separator and moves downward in acentrifugal inclined manner. The entrained water is separated due to thedecrease in speed. The separated liquid flows into the lower part and isdischarged through the drain valve. The dry and clean steam is discharged fromthe outlet of the separator

　　1.安装前必须用压力气体吹扫管线、清除污垢、杂物 Before installation, the pipeline must bepurged with pressure gas to remove dirt and sundries

　　2.本分离器应安装在蒸汽管线路较低的位置，分离器前后建议安装截止阀 Theseparator should be installed at the lower position of the steam pipe line. Itis recommended to install stop valves in front of and behind the separator

　　3.汽水分离器下部应安装疏水阀，疏水阀要根据排量和工况选择 A drain valve shall be installed at the lowerpart of the steam water separator. The drain valve shall be selected accordingto the displacement and working conditions
