　　饱和蒸汽和过热蒸汽的区别

　　水在一定压力下，加热至沸腾，水就开始汽化，也就逐渐变为蒸汽，这时蒸汽的温度也就等于饱和温度，这种状态的蒸汽就称为饱和蒸汽（理想的饱和蒸汽状态，指的是温度、压力及蒸汽密度三者存在一一对应的关系，知道其中一个，其他二个值就是定数）。如果把饱和蒸汽继续进行加热，其温度将会升高，并超过该压力下的饱和温度，这种超过饱和温度的蒸汽就称为过热蒸汽。实际中过热蒸汽的温度可以较高，压力一般都相对较低（较饱和蒸汽），0.7MPa，200℃蒸汽就是这样，属过热蒸汽。
