　　三偏心金属硬密封凸耳式蝶阀是按美国现行标准API609设计制造的一种高性能蝶阀，主要结构特征为阀体周边带凸耳设计成带螺孔单法兰结构阀门。采用三维偏心斜锥形阀座密封副，蝶板密封采用新型金属片嵌装在蝶板上与阀座吻合。利用蝶板转动压紧密封，所以密封面摩擦阻力小，关闭时具有越关越紧功能，这样密封性能可靠，开启确保密封完全脱离接触，保证了密封面不受损伤。The triple eccentric metal hard sealing lugbutterfly valve is a high-performance butterfly valve designed and manufacturedaccording to the current American standard API609. The main structural featureis that the valve body is designed with a single flange structure with a screwhole and a lug around the valve body. Adopting a three-dimensional eccentricconical valve seat sealing pair, the butterfly plate seal adopts a new type ofmetal plate embedded on the butterfly plate to match the valve seat. By usingthe butterfly plate to rotate and compress the seal, the friction resistance ofthe sealing surface is small, and it has a function of tightening as it closes.This ensures reliable sealing performance, and opening ensures that the seal iscompletely out of contact, ensuring that the sealing surface is not damaged.
