　　进口空气疏水阀原理及性能Principle and performance

　　当入口处压缩空气连续注入倒桶式浮球内时，浮球内冷凝液被排出，浮球由于浮力的作用向上抬升关闭排水口，冷凝水不排出；当入口处进入是冷凝液时，注入倒桶式浮球内是冷凝液，浮球内空气被排出，浮球的浮力消失并且在重力的作用下向下降落打开排水口，冷凝水排出；当冷凝水减少时排水口再次关闭。

　　安装要求InstallInquirment

　　安装前请使用压缩空气把管道内的杂质清除干净。安装时需把自动排水器直立安装在设备排水的下方，入口侧管道可以用硬管进行连接，也可以使用软管连接，当使用软管连接时管道内径应小于15毫米。使用硬管连接入口侧管道内径小于15毫米，允许有少量的上升幅度，但不能有太长的、太高的、连续的、上升幅度，当上升高度达到100mm时，应当布置一段水平走向100mm的距离给予补偿；如果入口侧管道内径大于15毫米时，安装时应该连续向下倾斜10°度；否则冷凝水将无法流入排水器内，影响排液效果。排水口可作“自由流出孔”或使用接管引到渠道里排出。细节安装请参考下一章查看具体安装示意图。
