　　泵进出口的接连方式

　　液体在管道中会有能量的损失，分为沿程损失和局部阻力损失,管内越光滑,沿程损失越小,弯道越少，管径变化越小，局部阻力损失越小,因而尽量不要采用粗糙的管道连接，也不要在连接中用管道急变的方式连接

　　管道直径及连接距离

　　泵在小流量运行时，效率很低，消耗的能量使液体温度急剧上升，泵在小流量下运行，通过叶轮间隙回流增加，造成泵压力脉动、振动、 噪音等危害增加，因而，连接的管道进口直径不要小于设计进口直径。为了保证泵运行的更加稳定、泵进口前需要连接一段直管，长度约为5- 10倍管道直径
