　　原理Principle

　　微压止回阀根据气流状况的差异，其阀座处的通道呈环形，行程短，借助弹簧的作用微小，既可用作恒定流量的逆止，无论系统中是否存在微小的气流量波动，可保全开，也可用作脉动流的止回阀，阀门随着气流脉冲打开和关闭。具有快速关闭的能力在气体达到回流条件前的瞬间，阀片已对其两侧的气体压差变化做出响应，经极小的运动距离即与阀座贴合，防止气体回流

　　The micro pressure check valve has a circular channel atthe valve seat based on the difference in airflow conditions, with a shortstroke. With the help of the spring, it can be used as a constant flow check,whether there are small fluctuations in airflow in the system, it can be keptfully open or used as a pulsating flow check valve. The valve opens and closeswith the airflow pulse. With the ability to quickly close, the valve plateresponds to the pressure difference changes on both sides of the valve beforethe gas reaches the reflux condition, and is attached to the valve seat througha very small movement distance to prevent gas reflux
