　　阀闭合：消毒 Valveclosure: disinfection

　　当阀关闭时，打开阀口这间的通道以便进行消毒，如果使用蒸汽消毒，则建议在出口上使用小型压力释放阀 Whenthe valve is closed, open the channel between the valve ports for disinfection.If steam disinfection is used, it is recommended to use a small pressure reliefvalve on the outlet

　　阀开启：取样 Valveopening: sampling

　　当阀打开时，阀杆和膜片密封将收缩，从而允许液体通过。通过使用标准附件，可能进行无菌取样。这些附件专用于确保进行消毒时的条件合适（2bar-121℃）。绝热材料可避免tang伤。

　　Whenthe valve opens, the valve stem and diaphragm seal will contract, allowingliquid to pass through. By using standard attachments, sterile sampling may beperformed. These accessories are specifically designed to ensure that theconditions for disinfection are suitable (2bar-121 ℃). Insulation materials canprevent burns

　　灭菌：sterilization

　　1、将蒸汽软管连接到阀的上部连接管上Connect the steam hose to the upper connecting pipe of the valve

　　2、打开蒸汽源，让它流过阀以进行灭菌。在121℃下持续1分钟 Open the steamsource and let it flow through the valve for sterilization. Continue at 121 ℃for 1 minute

　　3、关闭蒸汽源 Turn off steamsource

　　4、移走蒸汽软管，把一个无菌橡胶塞或无菌蒙板安装到上部连接管上Remove the steam hose and install a sterile rubber stopper or sterile mask ontothe upper connecting pipe
