　　氯用球阀属耐有毒、有害、腐蚀性高危介质专用阀领域。该专用阀是球体随阀杆绕阀体中心线旋转，以实现阀门的开启和关闭。内腔及球体均采用高温模压PFA(氟材料)工艺，阀体采用LCB低温钢，全衬耐氯离子腐蚀和渗透的PFA(氟材料),故具有可靠的耐腐蚀性和密封性。专用球阀广泛适用于氟碱化工、聚、氯下游化工企业的控制系统。Chlorine ball valves belong to the field of specialized valves thatare resistant to toxic, harmful, and corrosive high-risk media. Thisspecialized valve is a ball that rotates around the centerline of the valvebody with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing of the valve. Theinner cavity and sphere are both made of high-temperature molded PFA (fluorinematerial) technology, and the valve body is made of LCB low-temperature steel,fully lined with PFA (fluorine material) that is resistant to chloride ioncorrosion and penetration, thus providing reliable corrosion resistance andsealing performance. Liquid chlorine dedicated ball valves are widely used inthe control systems of downstream chemical enterprises such as fluorine alkalichemical, polyvinyl chloride, and chlorine.

　　进口氯用球阀 衬氟专用球阀结构特点 Structural characteristics

　　1、因液氧介质的温度为-18℃~-25℃之间，液氧专用球阀应选用LCB低温钢全衬PFA(氟材料)材质，LCB低温钢耐低温为-45℃,PFA(氟材料)耐低温为-80℃。

　　2、专用球阀阀体采用LCB低温钢，全衬耐氧离子渗透和腐蚀的PFA(氟材料);

　　3、内腔及球体包衬3~6mm厚的PFA(氟材料),因氯离子穿透力较强，经衬里后有效的杜绝了阀体的外泄露事故发生；

　　4、球体与阀杆为一体式结构设计，杜绝了由于压力变化引起阀杆冲出承压件内的可能性，防止了由于管路压力波动造成球体脱落，从根本上保证了使用安全性。

　　5、加装氟橡胶O型圈和V型PTFE填料组合双防外泄露密封结构,使阀门达到零泄漏；

　　6、具有结构紧凑，启、闭灵活、耐氧离子渗透和腐蚀性，行程短、密封好、寿命长等优点；

　　7、采用PTFE软密封阀座，密封性能好；

　　8、为O型全通径形式，流阻小，流通能力大；
