　　根据玻义耳定律P：V=P.V，气体的体积与气体的压强成反比，通过改变气体的体积来平滑管路脉动。对于流速有正弦曲线性的系统作用，波峰时：气室体积变小，脉冲阻尼器吸收多余的流量液体；波谷时：气室体积变大，释放存储的液体，从而达到平滑脉动的效果。
