　　波纹管球阀（波纹管密封球阀）的波纹管和阀杆的下部采用氩弧焊接,焊缝必须焊透。波纹管的上部法兰与石墨垫片、阀盖和支架形成静密封,使阀体中的介质和外部隔绝。阀体中的介质不因阀杆和填料函有间隙而泄漏。如果因特殊情况引起波纹管破裂,阀门上部的填料函还可起到应急作用。阀进口波纹管球阀2.jpg杆上部沿轴向加工2个直槽,拨销使阀杆只能沿着轴向上、下移动而不能沿径向转动。阀杆下部加工2个螺旋槽,拨销固定在球体上,拨销可在螺旋槽内自由移动。球体坐落在圆锥滚子轴承上,减小球体对阀杆的摩擦扭矩。当阀门关闭时,阀杆由电动装置带动向下运动,阀杆的螺旋槽带动球体上的拨销使球体沿球的轴线转动90°,球体转到图中虚线位置,球阀关闭。反之则球阀开启
