　　输送介质：自平衡卧式多级离心泵用于输送不含固体颗粒的清水或物理化学性质类似于清水的液体；自平衡卧式矿用耐磨多级离心泵用于输送固体颗粒含量(体积浓度)不大 于1.5%(粒径小于0.5mm)，温度不高于80℃的中性矿井水或其它类似的污水；

　　本产品为单壳体节段式多级离心泵，地脚支撑，用拉紧螺栓将吸入段、中段和吐出段联结成一体。

　　进口自平衡泵具有以下优点：

　　1．叶轮、导叶等过流部件采用CFD流场分析技术优化设计，效率高。

　　2．泵吸入段、中段及吐出段之间的静密封采用金属面密封和“O”形圈双道密封，泵轴封采用高性能苎麻 填料或机械密封，安全、可靠。

　　3．部分型号泵首级叶轮采用双吸结构，使泵具有良好的抗汽蚀性能。

　　4．转子采用静、动两道平衡工序，严格控制转子跳动，泵运行稳定，振动小；

　　5．轴承采用衬套式安装结构、加大设计，拆装方便承载力强，使用寿命长。

　　6. 轴采用碳素钢、合金钢或不锈钢经多道热处理工艺，刚度高，稳定性好；

　　7．采用独特的轴肩定位结构，叶轮定位更加可靠，运行安全；

　　8．泵吸入段、吐出段采用的铸件或锻件，在保证水力效率的同时保证了产品运行的可靠性；

　　9. 对称布置的叶轮转子部件，叶轮产生的轴向力相互抵消，无需采用平衡机构就能实现轴向力的自动平衡，易损件少、安装维修方便
